OKC Patio & Pints

Look no further. The following are the most buzz-worthy patios in OKC. These beer gardens and outdoor spaces bridge local beers with summer patio vibes. Each brewery has their own calendar full of events with live music, food trucks, and much more. This “choose your own adventure” list guarantees fun, but please patio & pint responsibly.

Anthem Brewing (908 SW 4th)

Since 2012, Anthem has been crafting up old & new world brewing styles that are as unique as the individuals walking through their doors. No matter your palate preferences, they are sure to have something for you. Grab a flight and head out to their patio. This space is wide open on the east side of the building, so early afternoon will require some sunscreen or a hat. As the sun sets, this is a comfortable shady spot to hang out.

Angry Scotsman Brewing (704 W. Reno)

As their slogan goes, Born in Scotland. Brewed in Oklahoma. They have 24 taps of in-house beers in addition to wine and non-alcoholic options. Bring your favorite pizza or take out and enjoy it with your family and dogs in their beautiful beer garden with a stunning downtown skyline view. Pack your sunscreen, open the red umbrellas, or wait til the sun is setting for the perfect outdoor sipping experience. The walk up window allows you to stay outside while you grab another round.

Broke Brewing Company (3810 N Tulsa)

Go for broke, as they say, on Route 66. Go all in for quality service, flavor, and fun. Rain or shine; it’s patio time at Broke Brewing. This covered seating is on the North side of the building allowing for a good breeze and constant shade. Their Pocket Change and Limited Liability are perfect for summer sipping. You also get a free bag of chips with the purchase of a flight. Bring the kids, the dogs, or a good book; you can’t go wrong.

Core4 Brewing Company (7 N Lee Ave)

Welcome to historic Film Row where Core4 is all about keeping the good times flowing. The core four taps are a nod to their garage band roots with a wide variety of seasonals pours, mixes & blends, wine, non-alcohol options, and snacks. You should check out their themed nights and make it a family affair. Rain or shine, you can enjoy Core4’s patio time. This space opens with a large garage door and connects you to the parking lot in front of OK Cider and Perets Dessert and Coffee Bar on Sheridan Ave.

Cross Timbers Brewing Company (1900 Linwood Blvd)

Located in the same building as the new, Don’t Stress Meowt, Cat Cafe & Dead People’s Stuff is Cross Timbers’s epic outdoor seating space and taproom. Rain or shine, you will have a fun time. Lots of seating options to choose from including an outdoor bar that connects to the bar inside. They offer a small town, Oklahoma feel with country music streaming from the speakers and the friendliest beer slingers around.

Fair-Weather Friend (314 N Klein Ave)

This place is a hidden treasure and as the name suggests its an awesome spot when there’s fair-weather. Their outdoor space is impressive. They have a wood fire pizza kitchen. Beer selection at Fair-Weather Friend is unique and creative, so they have something for everyone not to mention their wine slushies are the bomb. Bring your kids, dogs, and sunscreen.

Skydance Brewing Co. (1 NE 7th St.)

Skydance is Native American owned and celebrates their heritage through the art of craft beer. Good beer brings good people together under a covered patio space! Grab some 4 oz. pours of Rez Dog, Fancy Dance, or NDN Time. There are nice big picnic tables or more comfy cushioned chairs to sit and enjoy this shady seating area.

Oklahoma City’s craft beer scene continues to get better and better. Whether you’re into sweet or sour, stout or pale, shaded or open, there is a pint and patio for you. Go out and try for yourself.
